Yankee Candle delivers orders only within the United States. This shipping policy applies to purchases of scented candles, jar candles, and tumbler candles, home fragrance refills and reed diffusers, car fragrance products, candle accessories, holders, shades, toppers, and tools.

Shipping price

Every U.S. order receives free standard shipping. Taxes and similar charges are collected according to applicable law and are not promised as tax-free.

Order timing

Orders are processed in 1-2 business days. Standard transportation normally takes 4-6 business days after shipment.

Shipment tracking

Tracking information is provided after the carrier accepts the package. Contact customer care if tracking stops updating or delivery is not completed as expected.
